Beware of IX Inversors- Review

Ecuador has issued a securities fraud notice to IX Investors.

IX Investors was warned by the Superintendencia de Bancos on January 13th.

HAS NO RECORD with the Bank Superintendency, the Popular and Solidarity Economy Superintendency, or the Superintendency of Companies, Securities, and Insurance. Furthermore, it lacks an Internal Revenue Service-issued Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC) (SRI).

These are some of the indications that allow residents to be notified about the non-authorized activity.

In other countries, this is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning.

IX Inversors was reviewed by BehindMLM in December of 2021. We discovered a 300 percent ROI Ponzi fraud led by Alexander Hernandez, the creator, and CEO.

The SB lumps IX Inversors in with fraudulent investments and pyramid schemes because it commits securities fraud.

Citizens are urged to check if the company is permitted to conduct financial operations by the Superintendency of Banks before investing their money.

Don’t fall victim to a con!

The SB’s warning comes after the CNMV of Spain issued a similar fraud alert last year.

IX Inversors allegedly changed their name to “Decentralized Investors Association” shortly after the Ecuador warning.

DIA, as it is called, has its domain, but the website is now unavailable.

IX Inversor’s website, which is still up and running, makes no mention of DIA.

I’m not sure what the plot is, but it may be a botched relaunch effort.

30th of March, 2022 – Whatever DIA was, it, too, failed a month after its introduction.

Alexander Hernandez, the CEO of IX Investors, has gone into hiding. His present whereabouts are unknown.
