Beware of Dragon Global Finance – Review

On its website, Dragon Global Finance makes no mention of the company’s owners or executives.

On January 28, 2020, private registration was made for the company’s website domain (“”).

Further investigation finds that Anthony Norman does business presentations for Dragon Global Finance.

One of the stated Directors for the UK fictitious firm Dragon Global Finance LTD is Norman, who goes by the name Anthony John Norman.

The last time BehindMLM encountered Norman, also known as “Antony Norman,” was in 2019.

Norman was in charge of Welmont Capital at the time. IQ Legacy was purchased by Norman via Welmont Capital.

The third iteration of the Ormeus Global Ponzi scam that failed was IQ Legacy.

In preparation for the launch of a Liber8 token Ponzi scheme, what remained of IQ Legacy was being transferred into The Sprinkle Group.

I’m not sure what transpired next.

What is known is that Wazzub and its YEM token bagholders were devoured by Norman in early 2021.

It looks like Dragon Global Finance’s most recent version went live around the beginning of 2021.

Additionally known as Dragon Global Solutions, and Dragon Global Finance. It is Norman’s MLM business interests in their current form, regardless of their name.

Norman, who is originally from Europe, seems to be hiding out in the Southern Hemisphere, according to Dragon Global Finance Seminars.

The sole major source of the traffic to Dragon Global Finance’s website at the moment, according to Alexa, is Saudi Arabia (96 percent ).

The MLM opportunity offered by Dragon Global Finance is fully reviewed here.

The Products of Dragon Global Finance

It’s understandable if you assumed that Dragon Global Finance wasn’t an MLM opportunity.

As “a worldwide payment management solution,” the business advertises itself. On the website of Dragon Global Finance, there is absolutely no indication of a business opportunity.

Insofar as payment processing services are provided, they are unrelated to the MLM opportunity given by Dragon Global Finance.

Compensation Plan for Dragon Global Finance

Affiliates of Dragon Global Finance make investments with the expectation of a weekly passive return.

There are four investment tiers offered by Dragon Global Finance:

$1000 \s$5000

$10,000 \s$25,000

Through the Anthony Norman-owned Liquid exchange, money is invested.

Liquid Token (LIQ) and USD are used to pay returns.

On the websites of Liquid and Dragon Finance Global, the internal LIQ value is not made public.

Advisory Commissions

Down two levels of recruiting (unilevel), Dragon Global Finance provides referral fees on invested funds:

a 25% level 1 success rate (personally recruited affiliates)

If a recruited affiliate engages in “long staking,” Dragon Global Finance will give a bonus return of 15% on level 2.

Affiliates that participate in long staking invest YEM (the defunct Wazzub tokens) for five years in exchange for a quarterly passive return.

Up to two stages of recruiting, the Staking Bonus is handed out quarterly:

The long-staking affiliate’s recruiter earns a 0.5 percent quarterly stake bonus, and their upline earns a 0.2 percent quarterly stake bonus.

Participating in Dragon Global Finance

The price of affiliate membership with Dragon Global Finance is not made public.

An undisclosed investment in YEM tokens and/or a $1000 to $25,000 investment is required for full participation in the linked income opportunity.

Global Finance Dragon Conclusion

Anthony Norman is seen by Dragon Global Finance as kicking the Ponzi can down the road.

Dragon Global Finance has a ton of investors looking to cash out thanks to several acquisitions and his botched launches.

On webinars hosted by Dragon Global Finance, Norman admits this.

You’re here because you want to make money, sell your assets, and be paid.

You have your standard AI trading bot spiel on the backend:

It seems sort of stupid to affirm there is no proof of trading revenue given how long Norman has been operating his different schemes.

There has never been.

Additionally, none of the shell firms connected to the scheme, including Norman, Dragon Global Finance, or many others, are authorized to issue securities in any country.

This indicates that Norman is, at the very least, engaging in securities fraud.

As with other MLM Ponzi scams, the fresh investment will stop once recruiting does.

Due to a lack of revenue, as a result, Dragon Global Finance won’t be able to fulfill withdrawal requests.

According to what I hear, Norman ceased doing live webinars for Dragon Global Finance in November 2021.

Moving forward, communication was limited to “written updates”.

Update: Dragon Global Finance folded on February 28, 2022.

It appears as though Anthony Norman will relaunch the Ponzi scam as EQT Bank.

Update: BehindMLM is now able to establish that EQT Bank is a relaunch of Dragon Global Finance.

Update: As of April 30, 2022, EQT Bank and its associated Universal Pickle token system are no longer in existence.
