Unknown Russian con artists operated the strange pyramid scheme known as ABA Marketing.

On November 9th, 2021, BehindMLM investigated ABA Marketing and noted that Russian authorities had previously issued a fraud alert for the company.
ABA Marketing failed shortly after that. We now have 7 Flags Club in its stead.
On November 23, 2021—roughly a week after BehindMLM’s ABA Marketing assessment was live—the domain for 7 Flags Club’s website was registered.
The website for ABA Marketing appears to have been taken down between early and mid-December. The website for 7 Flag Club launched in late December or early January.
The webpage for 7 Flags Club makes no mention of ABA Marketing. However, if we examine the website’s source code…

7 Flags Club fraudulently states on its website that it has been “creating history together since 1998” even though it has only been around for approximately a month.
In my study on 7 Flags Club, I did discover that ABA Marketing has been using the name since at least December 2020:

7 Flags Club offers a phony company address in Saint Kitts and Nevis, similar to ABA Marketing.
With no active MLM regulation, Saint Kitts and Nevis is a country that encourages scams.
Around January 4th, the volume of visitors to 7 Flags Club increased. Russia is the sole significant source of traffic, according to Alexa (86 percent ).
The 7 Flags Club has not yet received attention from Russian authorities. If the pyramid plan succeeds, that will probably alter.
