Beware of HawkChain – Review

On its website, HawkChain gives no verifiable details on the ownership or management of the business.

The domain name “hawkchain.com” for the HawkChain website was initially registered in January 2021. On June 4th, 2022, the private registration was last updated.

The current HawkChain website appears to have launched in or around June 2021.

The official HawkChain Facebook page was established on June 12th, 2021. On July 6th, 2021, HawkChain’s official YouTube account was launched.

On March 17, 2022, the HawkChain launch video was posted on YouTube:

HawChain erroneously claims on its website that the company was founded in 2018.

The cheesy theme music was submitted by HawkChain on May 7. The first Boris CEO video featuring “Andrew Dwight” was released after this.

Dwight’s actor looks to be a resident of Dubai.

Above is a marketing image for Ski Dubai, an indoor ski resort in the United Arab Emirates. Here’s one more:

Although I was unable to get a name, it appears that the actor who plays Dwight is located in Dubai.

HawkChain published a follow-up Boris CEO video on May 10th, with “Oliva Bardot” this time:

Hanane Spiers is Oliva Bardot in reality:

Actress Hanane Spiers claimed to be based in the UK as of 2017, at the very least.

A July 2021 Russian puff story on a manicure shop in Dubai ties Spiers to that city.

Here are some more recent portraits of Hanane Spiers from the UK studio Jam Pond Photography:

We may infer that HawkChain is managed out of Dubai based on the company’s Boris CEO marketing films.

Authorities in Dubai don’t take MLM-related fraud seriously. For international con artists, Dubai offers a sanctuary because of its restricted extradition agreements.

According to BehindMLM, Dubai is the world’s epicenter of MLM fraud. Generally speaking, it is reasonable to conclude that any MLM business having connections to Dubai is a fraud.

Scammers in Russia and/or Ukraine are often the ones behind Boris CEO scams.

The Boris CEO Ponzi factory appears to have relocated to Dubai, most likely as a result of the continuing conflict in Ukraine and related Russian sanctions.

According to SimilarWeb, Italy (39 percent), Poland (13 percent), Tunisia (10 percent), Sweden (7 percent), and Madagascar are the top five countries from which visitors come to HawkChain’s website (7 percent ).

Always consider joining and/or giving any money to an MLM firm very carefully if it is not transparent about who owns or runs it.

The Compensation Plan for HawkChain

Affiliates of HawkChain invest equivalents of USD-denominated cryptocurrencies in anticipation of the promised returns:

Bronze: Invest $100 to $2,999 to get 1% daily interest for 120 days.

Spend $3000 to $7999 on silver and get 1.25 percent per day for 120 days.

Platinum: Invest $40,000 and $149,000 to get 1.75 percent every day for 120 days.

Diamond: Invest at least $150,000 to get 2% every day for 120 days.

The MLM component of HawkChain compensates for affiliate investor recruiting.

Advisory Commissions

Affiliates of HawkChain receive 10% of the money invested by affiliates they directly recruited.

Recurring Commissions

HawkChain uses a binary compensation scheme to pay residual commissions.

An affiliate is positioned at the head of a binary team that is divided into two sides (left and right) by a binary remuneration structure:

The binary team’s initial level has two slots. These initial two places are divided into another two positions each to create the second level of the binary team (4 positions).

The binary team is formed in stages, with each stage containing twice as many slots as the preceding stage.

Direct and indirect affiliate recruiting is used to fill positions on the binary team. The depth to which a binary team can expand is unbounded.

Each day’s fresh investment volume on both sides of the binary team is totaled by HawkChain at the end of the day.

Affiliates receive 10% of the money invested on the side of their binary team that is weaker.

Keep in mind that residual commissions have a daily maximum determined on the affiliate’s investment in HawkChain:

Affiliates on the bronze tier can make up to $2,000 each day.

Affiliates on the silver tier can make up to $4000 every day.

Affiliates on the Gold Tier can make up to $7000 every day.

Affiliates in the Platinum category can make up to $10,000 every day.

Affiliates on the Diamond tier can make up to $15,000 every day.

It costs nothing to become a HawkChain affiliate member.

The associated income opportunity requires a minimum commitment of $100 to participate fully.

HawkChain invites investment in Tron, ripple, dogecoin, litecoin, bitcoin, and Ethereum.

HawkChain’s Result

HawkChain is a classic Ponzi scam run by a Boris CEO.

According to HawkChain, it makes money from outside sources by using “in-house traders.”

Hawkchain’s in-house traders may see orders, positions, and price alerts using extensive charting capability, and they can even change the order attributes and annotate them to suit their trading style.

Trading is the MLM crypto Ponzi fraudsters’ go-to trick.

Despite its assertions, HawkChain offers no proof that it is involved in any form of transaction. Furthermore, there is no proof that HawkChain uses outside funding to cover affiliate withdrawals.

Currently, fresh investments are the sole verified source of income entering the HawkChain network.

A Ponzi scam, HawkChain uses fresh investments to pay affiliate withdrawals. The MLM component of the company adds another pyramidal level to the plan.

As with all MLM Ponzi scams, the fresh investment will cease as soon as affiliate recruiting does.

As a result, HawkChain will eventually fail from a lack of ROI income.

The mathematics behind Ponzi schemes ensures that when they fail, the majority of investors lose money.
