Here is the information on the scammers behind EmpowerCoin, ECoinPlus, and JetCoin as of right now.
On March 8th, Dwayne Golden and William White were taken into custody in Pennsylvania.
Golden (right) is still being held, and a detention hearing has been set for March 9.
On March 8th, Mardy Eger was taken into custody in North Carolina.
Shortly after this arrest, Eger submitted a confidential financial affidavit. After that, a public defender was chosen.
Later in the day, Eger attended a hearing where a detention hearing for March 10th was set.
Eger (right) will continue to be held in a detention facility until the hearing.
On March 8, Gregory Aggesen was taken into custody in Florida.
On March 9, there will be a hearing for the initial appearance.
Jatin Patel is not charged criminally. If he escaped, it is assumed that he is still at large in India or another country.

Dwayne Golden has been released into the care of a relative, Daniel Golden, as of March 11, 2022.
Golden had to give up his passport and consent to house confinement with location tracking as part of the terms of his release.
Golden is only allowed to travel to and from courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Updated on March 12, 2022. The parties asked for Mardy Eger’s detention hearing to be postponed to March 10th “to provide parties time to assemble documentation for bail.”
It has been decided to postpone the detention hearing until March 15.
The detention hearing for Greg Aggesen took place on March 11. During the hearing,
Ages (right) was given a premium surety bond for $300,000.

Aggesen’s arraignment in New York has been set for March 30. He will be restricted to travel inside the Southern District of Florida (apart from court hearings in New York); forfeit his passport, and be subject to a 9 pm to 6 am curfew with GPS tracking.
Update: March 16, 2022. On March 15th, Mardy Eger obtained a release agreement from the DOJ.
Eger’s unsecured bail release of $1,000,000 said that he
Eger is required to hand up his passport, is prohibited from leaving North Carolina’s Eastern District without permission, is placed under house confinement with radio frequency monitoring, and is due in court in New York on March 31.
