Beware of GiraCoin – Review

The Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores of Spain has issued a warning against GiraCoin for securities fraud.

According to the CNMV’s notice from February 7th, GiraCoin and Gira Financial Group AG are

Without the authorization to offer the investment services listed under Article 140 of the Spanish Securities Markets Act.

In other countries, this would be the equivalent of a securities fraud notice.

Given that the firm seems to be deceased, the CNMV’s GiraCoin notification seems a little strange.

GiraCoin was evaluated by BehindMLM back in November 2016.

GiraCoin Financial Group AG was the organization’s manager. The investment in GiraCoin Ponzi’s points was the foundation of GiraCoin’s business concept.

Investment packages ranging from €50 to €111,111 were offered by GiraCoin.

I had a hunch that the CNMV could have seen a reboot, but I was unable to confirm it.

GiraCoin was operating out of “” at the time of BehindMLM’s evaluation. That domain is no longer active.

GiraCoin is mentioned in the CNMV’s scam alert as operating from “”. What’s left of GiraCoin has collapsed, according to Alexa traffic rankings on that website (5.5 mill+).

A review of GiraCoin’s social media profiles shows that the official Facebook page business was deleted in June 2019.

In March 2018, GiraCoin’s official Twitter account was deleted.

A link to a Telegram group that had just been started was provided in the most recent post on GiraCoin’s Facebook page.

Maybe that’s where GiraCoin advertising is now happening.

I also took note of “Tramac SA,” which looks to be GiraCoin’s effort at a 2020 makeover on YouTube.

There is a real Tramac SA mining operation, however, it is unrelated to GiraCoin. I don’t think GiraCoin’s Tramac SA makeover succeeded.

Whatever name it goes by, GiraCoin is a Ponzi scheme that has failed and is full of swindlers. If you sign up right now, you almost certainly will join them.
