Provizion Global is an MLM company that specializes in nutritional supplements.
LaCore Enterprises includes Provizion Global. Terry LaCore is the owner of both businesses, both of which are situated in Texas.
CEO Rick S. Nelson leads Provizion Global (right).
based on Nelson’s company profile at Provizion Global;
Rick has worked in key markets throughout the world for more than 25 years as a direct selling enthusiast and specialist in international company growth.
His expertise includes 12 years spent living and working in South Korea, one of the top direct selling income areas, as well as recent initiatives in the People’s Republic of China.
MLM businesses operating in China are frequently linked to bribery and corruption.
Avon was penalized $135 million in 2014
Nu Skin paid a related class-action settlement of $47 million along with a $765,688 fine in 2016.
In 2020, Herbalife agreed to pay a $122 million fine, and two former executives were charged with crimes in July 2022.
NewAge was forced into bankruptcy by Ariix, who is the focus of an ongoing federal FCPA investigation.
With Nu Skin, Nelson appears to have started his MLM executive career in 1989.
Nelson was promoted to Director of Corporate Affairs for Nu Skin Korea in 1995. Nelson received another promotion as Director of Business Development in 1998.
For nine years, Nelson was in charge. He concluded with a brief tenure as Nu Skin’s Photomatix service’s Director of Market Development & Support, which ended in November 2007.
Nelson states that while working at Nu Skin, he
I helped develop Nu Skin from a US and Canadian-only business to one that successfully entered the important Asia Pacific market in 1989.
Nelson also asserts that he’s
skilled in integrating complicated mainland Chinese companies. Expertise in business relationships, cultural sensitivity, systems, processes, and execution
I’m unable to establish whether Nelson was involved in the antics of Nu Skin in China (or, let’s be honest, any other MLM company doing business there).
Nelson joined Max International in July 2008 and was appointed vice president of business development.
Nelson served in that capacity up until Februaruntil February 2013, where as Vice President of International Development.
Nelson’s employment with Univera lasted just a little over a year, terminating in October 2014.
Through Rick S. Nelson and Associates, Nelson seems to have concentrated on bringing companies to the Chinese, Korean, and Russian markets as of 2014.
That gets us to the introduction of Provizion Global in late 2020.

Personal Volume is abbreviated as PV. PV stands for “sales volume,” which includes both retail client orders and affiliate purchases made by Provision Global.
Group Volume is the acronym for GV. PV is produced by a Provizion Global affiliate and their downline is known as GV.
Keep in mind that retail customers must have made at least 50 PV of product purchases within a rolling four-week period to qualify for rank.
Affiliates of Provision Global are paid retail commissions on items sold to consumers in retail settings.
On orders for retail sales made online, a 20% commission is given.
On orders placed for offline retail sales, a 40% fee is given.
On product orders placed by personally suggested preferred clients and recruited affiliates, a 10% Sponsor Commission is given.
Retail clients that have consented to enroll in auto-ship in exchange for a discount are referred to as preferred customers.
It should be noted that beyond the first year, a Provision Global affiliate must buy 600 PV worth of merchandise each year to be eligible for Sponsor Commissions.
Provizion Global uses a binary compensation mechanism to pay residual commissions.
An affiliate is positioned at the head of a binary team that is divided into two sides (left and right) by a binary remuneration structure:
The binary team’s initial level has two slots. These initial two places are divided into another two positions each to create the second level of the binary team (4 positions).
The binary team is formed in stages, with each stage containing twice as many slots as the preceding stage.
Direct and indirect affiliate recruiting is used to fill positions on the binary team. The depth to which a binary team can expand is unbounded.
Provizion Global adds up new sales volume on both sides of the binary team after each week.
On lower binary team side sales volume, a residual commission of 10% is paid.
Recall that there is an earnings cap on residual commissions (see “Residual and Matching Bonus Earnings Cap” below).
When downline affiliates earn residual commissions, Provision Global offers a matching bonus.
The Matching Bonus is distributed via a unilevel pay system.
An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):
New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.
If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.
Area Team Builder generational tracking and payment of the Matching Bonus is done.
The initial Matching Bonus generation for a unilevel team leg is completed by the first Area Team Builder or higher. They are promptly followed by the second generation of that leg.
The second generation is terminated by them, with the third generation starting directly below them, if a second Area Team Builder or higher exists further in the leg.
The second generation descends the whole depth of the leg if there are no Area Team Builders or higher deeper in the leg.
Provision Global provides the Matching Bonus on up to 10 generations based on rank using this generational structure:
Up to one generation of directors can get the matching bonus for each unilevel team leg.
Up to two generations of Area, Directors are eligible for the Matching Bonus for each unilevel team leg.
Per unilevel team leg, Regional Directors are eligible for the Matching Bonus for up to three generations.
Per unilevel team leg, National Directors are eligible for the Matching Bonus for up to four generations.
Up to five generations of executives can get the matching bonus for each unilevel team leg.
On a maximum of six generations per unilevel team leg, Area Executives are eligible for the Matching Bonus.
Up to seven generations per unilevel team leg are eligible for the matching bonus for regional executives.
Up to eight generations per unilevel team leg are eligible for the Matching Bonus for National Executives.
Per unilevel team leg, ambassadors can earn the matching bonus on up to 10 generations.
Keep in mind that there is an earnings cap on the matching bonus (see “Residual and Matching Bonus Earnings Cap” below).

Weekly matching bonuses and residual commissions are limited by rank by Provision Global:
Earning potential for team builders is $500.

Provizion Global Summary
The MLM opportunity offered by Provizion Global’s goods is at its weakest.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) and glutathione supplements together make up Provizion GSH. Although it has a lot of additional components, those are the main ones.
In the US, NAC-containing supplements continue to raise regulatory issues. NAC inclusion in dietary supplements is presently prohibited unless the FDA determines otherwise (this process is under review).
The majority of the glutathione supplements on the market today are less expensive than Provision GSH and are widely accessible.
Emir, is a brand-new product from LaCore Enterprises, with a NAC strip as its main offering. Provizion Global, in contrast to Elomir, seems to have avoided making any ludicrous medical marketing claims.
Provision Energy costs $5.95 per serving, which seems wildly excessive for an energy drink. Although Provision Energy is touted as an energy drink, it does contain glutathione.
You would be better off splitting up your energy needs and purchasing a glutathione supplement that is much more affordable.
Pyramid schemes are more likely to exist when an MLM organization has items that aren’t retail viable.
Things start to get interesting from here.
Provision advertises as an auto-ship recruiting pyramid scam for all means and purposes.
The “444 Success System” from Provizion Global is where we’ll start.
The Provizion Global compensation plan mentions the 444 Success System, but little information is offered. Are those affiliates who were recruited or retail customers? Why do they each purchase 120 Provision GSH pills each month?
The “444 approach” is described as follows by Provizion Global, according to their website:
We advise using the 444 approaches, structure, and method to navigate our compensation plan.
A minimum of 64 individuals would be invited in a single month if you put in the time and effort to invite at least four people each day, at least four days per week, and then repeat those same activities for four weeks.
Your objective would be to encourage each of these new Microbusiness partners in sponsoring their own 4 IBOs while also supporting 4 serious IBOs of your own.
When everyone tries to adhere to this 444, a successful microbusiness network can start to emerge.
That is a pyramid system, yes.
An earnings chart with precise dollar amounts for each affiliate hired is annexed to Provision Global’s compensation plan (click to enlarge):
In conclusion, Provizion Global is a pyramid scam for auto-ship recruiting.
Not exactly. Although it is, there are other factors to consider.
You may have noticed that Provizion Global has specific criteria for its retail customers. These are activated right away by Area Team Builder.
Strangely, nowhere in the 444 plan does it reference retail sales. In actuality, if you employed the plan, you would never advance past the level of second Team Builder.
In light of this, the recruiting earnings chart presented above is blatantly misleading marketing. If you employ the 444 technique, you won’t be able to make the anticipated profits.
So what is happening here?
When it comes to retail consumer criteria, Provision Global either makes up or ignores them;
Affiliate autoship is wrongly counted by Provision Global as a retail customer order;
By significantly deceiving potential affiliates with unrealistic earning possibilities through their 444 methods, Provision Global violates the FTC Act.
I’m unable to determine for sure which of the three scenarios applies in this instance, although they are all FTC Act breaches.
Strangely, Provision Global’s website’s FAQ page states:
In which nations are Provizion Global now active?
We are accessible to Americans and offer non-resale product servicing in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
In all of those nations, Provision Global is no longer active (outside of early joiners in the US profiting off current business activity).
According to Provision Global’s website traffic graph from SimilarWeb, the firm only received less than 600 views in June 2022.
That is clearly non-profitable for an MLM firm. Then, almost out of nowhere, we observe that relatively speaking, traffic skyrocketed in July 2022.
According to SimilarWeb, 82% of the 7000 website visitors in August 2022 were from Nigeria, a nation that Provizion Global does not claim to be active in.
In any case, I believe that Nigerians being duped into joining a pyramid scheme is what keeps Provision Global going.
I don’t even think recruited Nigerians are getting anything because you can’t even send Provision Global items to Nigeria if you try to purchase them as a retail customer.
The Nigerian affiliates of Provizion Global seem to be making only a monthly fee payment. As a result, they are eligible to get commissions from those who pay the same price.
This is a really terrible performance by LaCore Enterprises.
Like many MLM pyramid scams, commissions end once recruiting does, too.
Math makes it clear that most people who take part in a pyramid scheme lose money.
