Review of Be Infinity: Dubai-based securities scam by Christian Nickel
20.09.2022, MLM Reviews
Be Infinity works in the MLM markets for trading and education.
Christian Nickel, the creator of Be Infinity and also known as “Chris Nickel,” runs it as a shell corporation out of Hong Kong.
Nickel, often known as “Chris Nickel,” achieved some success in the economy in 2019:
March 2020 saw the downfall of the economy. Nickel then started a PR spam campaign:
Nickel divulges his MLM background in one of the spam posts;
He currently works for his organization as a worldwide sales director and is connected to several MLM businesses, including Wealth Generators, Imarketslive, Economy, and Auvoria Prime.
To cut a long tale short, Nickel was unknown in the MLM industry until about 2017, when he became entangled in MLM currency frauds.
The CFTC punished Wealth Generators for commodities fraud in 2018 after the company was revived as Kuvera and is now known as iGenius.
The CFTC also brought a case against iMarkets Live, which was revived as IM Mastery Academy, for commodities fraud in 2018. (see link above)
I think “Economy” is referring to Economy, which is a revival of the discredited Silverstar Live hoax (also sued by the CFTC)
Sal Leto, a former OneCoin Ponzi salesman, served as the face of Aurora Prime, which debuted in 2020 as a revival of Economy.
You may have observed that commodities fraud appears frequently in the MLM businesses Nickel has supported. In the review’s last section, we’ll go into that in greater detail.
Nickel moved from Germany to Dubai at some time while promoting MLM firms that were engaging in commodities fraud.
The world’s MLM crime capital is Dubai.
Dubai’s BehindMLM rules are as follows:
You are being conned if a Dubai resident contacts you about an MLM opportunity.
An MLM business is fraudulent if it claims to be headquartered in Dubai or to have connections there.

Be Infinity’s Payout Schedule
The Be Infinity compensation model pays out on subscription sales to both affiliates who have been recruited and retail consumers.
Ranks for Be Infinity Affiliates
The compensation structure of Be Infinity has thirteen affiliate ranks.
They are as follows, along with their respective qualifying standards:
Affiliate: Become a member of the Be Infinity affiliate program to learn about fees.
Visionary: produce and keep up a 2000 GV monthly unilevel team volume
Create and maintain a monthly unilevel team volume of 5000 GV as an influencer.
Create and maintain 10,000 GV in monthly unilevel team volume as an ambassador.
Create and maintain a monthly unilevel team volume of 20,000 GV for Sapphire (limited to 80% from any one recruiting leg).
Ruby: Produce and maintain a monthly unilevel team volume of 50,000 GV (capped at 80% from any one recruiting leg).
Emerald: produce and sustain a monthly unilevel team volume of 100,000 GV (limited at 80% from any one recruiting leg).
Diamond: produce and maintain a monthly unilevel team volume of 200,000 GV (capped at 70% from any one recruitment leg).
Blue Diamond: produce and maintain a monthly unilevel team volume of 500,000 GV (capped at 70% from a single recruitment leg).
Red Diamond: produce and sustain a monthly unilevel team volume of 1,000,000 GV (capped at 70% from any one recruiting leg).
Black Diamond: produce and sustain a monthly unilevel team volume of 5,000,000 GV (capped at 70% from any one recruiting leg).
Double Black Diamond: Produce and sustain a monthly unilevel team volume of 10,000,000 GV (capped at 70% from any one recruiting leg).
20,000,000 GV in monthly unilevel team volume is required for Infinity Diamond (limited to 60% from any one recruitment leg).
Group Volume is the acronym for GV. Group volume is the total amount of money that is spent on subscriptions by an affiliate, their retail clients, and their downline affiliates (directly and indirectly recruited).
Recurring Commissions (unilevel)
An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):
New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.
If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.
A specific quantity of unilevel team GV is produced by each Be Infinity subscription.
As a rank differential, Be Infinity provides residual commissions that range from 4% at Affiliate to 25% at Double Black Diamond and above.
A residual commission rate of 4% is paid to affiliates.
A residual commission rate of 6% is paid to visionaries.
Influencers receive a residual commission rate of 8%.
A residual commission rate of 10% is paid to ambassadors.
A 12% residual commission rate is earned by sapphires.
Rubys receive a residual commission rate of 14%.
A 16% residual commission rate is earned by emeralds.
Diamonds receive a residual commission rate of 18%.
20% of Blue Diamonds’ residual commissions go to them.
The residual commission rate for Red Diamonds is 22%.
Black Diamonds have a residual commission rate of 24 percent.
25% of the residual commission rate is earned on Double Black Diamonds and above.
All unilevel team volume is paid out at a rate of 25%, with higher ranked affiliates receiving the difference paid across lower rankings.
A Sapphire, for instance, on your downline produces 100 GV. They receive a residual fee of 12% of the 25% paid out on that volume.
As a result, only 13% of the original 25% must be paid out.
The system looks for a Ruby or higher ranking affiliate upline across the unilevel team. They are given their rank residual commission rate after one is discovered.
The system keeps looking higher upline to see whether any leftovers need to be paid out. This continues until a Double Black Diamond or above receives the maximum 25% difference.
Using the aforementioned example, the next highest rated affiliate identified upline would get 10% (i.e., 22% less the 12% previously paid out) if they were a Red Diamond.
The remaining 3% would go to affiliates with higher rankings and Black Diamond uplines.
You should be aware that once a Double Black Diamond or higher ranking affiliate creates or is discovered upline throughout the unilevel team, they either earn the entire 25% residual commission rate or whatever is remaining to be paid out. Nothing is declined.
On residual unilevel commissions received by downline affiliates, Be Infinity offers a matching bonus.
The remaining commissions collected down two unilevel team levels (two tiers of recruiting) are used to calculate the Matching Bonus:
level 1 (affiliates that I directly recruited): 9%
level 2 – 3%
For the Matching Bonus, all Be Infinity affiliates are eligible.
Recurring Commissions (binary)
An affiliate is positioned at the head of a binary team that is divided into two sides (left and right) by a binary remuneration structure:
The binary team’s initial level has two slots. These initial two places are divided into another two positions each to create the second level of the binary team (4 positions).
The binary team is formed in stages, with each stage containing twice as many slots as the preceding stage.
Direct and indirect affiliate recruiting is used to fill positions on the binary team. The depth to which a binary team can expand is unbounded.
Cycle-based residual binary commission payments are made by Be Infinity.
When 200 GV is matched on both sides of the binary team, a cycle is produced.
Binary residual commissions are computed monthly. Rank determines how much a Be Infinity affiliate makes every cycle produced by the binary team:
Influencer affiliates receive $15 every cycle.
Diamonds Ambassadors receive $20 every cycle.
Every cycle, Blue Diamonds and above get $25.
It should be noted that binary teams with mismatched GV can be rolled over for up to two years.
Affiliates of Be Infinity who rank within the first 30 days of joining are eligible for a Fast Start Bonus:
obtain an extra High-Performance Pool share if you meet the requirements at Visionary.
Get two more High-Performance Pool shares by becoming an Influencer.
become an Ambassador and obtain three more shares of the High-Performance Pool
become a Sapphire and get $1000
A weekly incentive is offered by the High-Performance Pool. When shares are paid out, they expire.
Pool with High Performance
Be Infinity adds 5% of the PV generated each week across the whole organization to the High-Performance Pool.
Be Infinity affiliates are also eligible for the Fast Start Bonus (see above) and units that entitle them to shares in the High-Performance Pool.
When a Be Infinity affiliate sells memberships to retail clients or individually recruited affiliates, units are produced:
1 unit equals a basic Bronze or Silver subscription.
1 unit equals a basic Gold subscription.
3 units equal a basic Platinum subscription.
6 units for a basic small business subscription
6 units for a basic large business subscription (for 4 weeks)
12 units equal a basic Infinity subscription (for 4 weeks)
As follows, units are changed into shares:
1 High-Performance Pool share is 3 to 5 units produced in a month.
6 or 7 units produced in a month equal 2 shares of the High Performance Pool.
8 units produced in a month equal 3 shares in the High-Performance Pool.
9 units produced in a month equal 4 shares in the High-Performance Pool.
10 to 12 units produced monthly equal 5 shares of the High-Performance Pool.
A month’s worth of 13 to 15 units equals 6 shares in the High-Performance Pool.
A month’s worth of 16 or 17 units equals 7 High-Performance Pool shares.
8 High-Performance Pool shares are equal to 18 units produced in a month.
9 High-Performance Pool shares are equal to 19 units produced in a month.
10 High-Performance Pool shares are equal to 20 units created in a month.
Shares of the High-Performance Pool expire after being paid out.
According to the compensation plan for Be Infinity, “certain products” may result in a duplicate allocation of High Performance Pool shares.
Two instances are given, but since it’s not apparent whether these goods usually produce double shares, I’ve left them out of this section.
Be Infinity and Me
There are five different subscription tiers available for Be Infinity affiliate membership:
Bronze Affiliate: $10 per month
Affiliate Silver: $30 each quarter
Every six months, Affiliate Gold costs $60.
Platinum Affiliate: $130 every 13 months
Small Business Affiliate: $270 every 27 months
The only difference appears to be convenience, with the monthly cost remaining constant.
Be Infinity Finale
Christian Nickel has continued to promote trading systems since 2017 with Be Infinity.
Nickel seems to have realized that operating the scams is far more profitable than marketing them.
A passive trading bot serves as the basis of Be Infinity. Everything else is just filler that exists to draw subscribers to the trading bot.
The trading bot from Be Infinity is your standard “lulz can’t touch our money!
a piece of software created by Infinity that is provided to the client on a monthly subscription basis.
The service comes with software that each user may personalize. The consumer has complete control over the software’s settings.
Here, the managed funds are invested with a separate broker who has no affiliation with Infinity.
Despite efforts to make it appear as though Be Infinity does not have full control over the cash assigned to the bot, as the bot’s creator, Be Infinity does.
I like to remind anyone who supports the phrase “lulz can’t touch our money!
not your bot, not your trades, but your strategies.
From a legal perspective, the pooling of funds under the management of a single entity—in this case, Be Infinity and its trading bot—to create a passive return qualifies as a securities offering.
It should be clear that Nickel did not discover a trading bot beneath his bed when he woke up one morning. Consumers are not informed of the source of Be Infinity’s trading bot, which is another regulatory red flag.
Despite advocating trading methods for four years, it is clear that Nickel has no trading experience.
Nickel directed investors into Anthony Norman’s LIQ token Ponzi schemes during the first iteration of Be Infinity (his downline from earlier publicized scams).
LIQ tokens resulted in financial ruin for all parties concerned. However, Nickel had already restarted Be Infinity and had acquired a trading bot from someplace.
Be Infinity withholds information about the actual deals that its trading bot does. This necessitates Be Infinity to register with financial regulators, assuming it’s a cryptocurrency and/or FX.
84% of the German traffic to the Be Infinity website is presently tracked by SimilarWeb. This is consistent with Nickel’s historical promotion of frauds to a mostly German audience.
As of August 2022, France (7%), Switzerland (5%), and Austria (3%, down 66% month over month) are additional sources of traffic.
Be Infinity makes no claims that it has done so with the financial authorities in any of these nations.
This implies that Be Infinity is at the very least engaging in securities fraud.
Given that Nickel has been marketing such illicit schemes since 2017, it is obvious why he has emigrated to Dubai.
On the MLM side of things, Be Infinity uses retail pseudo-compliance, which is undermined by the fact that there is no distinction between affiliate subscribers who have been recruited.
Any user of the system who has only purchased “customer items” and not an “affiliate package” is considered a customer.
While still being referred to be a distributor, a distributor who buys a customer’s product counts as a customer to calculate the end customer ratio.
A 55% “customer ratio” is also in place, however, it is undermined once further by counting affiliates who have been recruited as clients:
Any individual who is currently participating in the structure is considered a “product user,” and every inactive distributor who has an active affiliate package is considered a “distributor.”
At 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the final day of the relevant qualifying period, the system determines whether a person is active or a distributor has a running affiliate package.
To qualify for compensation inside the Unilevel structure, more than 55% of “product users” must be present.
The affiliates listed above are only inactive if they do not have an Academy subscription. This is intriguing because the compensation plan only uses that term at that time.
It’s also intriguing that if Be Infinity’s downline is mostly made up of affiliates without an Academy membership, they may not be receiving payments.
This only strengthens Be Infinity’s ability to operate as a pyramid scam.
“Lulz can’t have any of our cash!
The bot blowing up or admins pulling an “insert explanation here” exit scam is how most schemes finish.
Math also makes it clear that the majority of people who participate in MLM pyramid scams lose money.
In conclusion, Be Infinity;
We have a business owner with a history of supporting fraud, a shell company in Hong Kong, a scheme involving Dubai, securities fraud, commodities fraud, and pyramid fraud.
You’re aware of the outcome.
