Beware of Trust Your Universe – Review

Trust Your Universe is an MLM trading company.

Under the guise of Universe Trading LLC, a fictitious business registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trust Your Universe operates.

Since St. Vincent and the Grenadines do not actively regulate MLM, victims of fraud have no legal options.

A red flag is raised by any MLM firm that was formed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The website domain (“you-trade.com”) for Trust Your Universe was privately registered on August 14, 2022.

Be aware that Trust Your Universe began operations on the German domain (“trust-your-universe.de”) somewhere in the first few days of June 2022.

Strangely, Trust Your Universe has a New York office location on its website. It seems like this is a virtual address (read on to learn why).

Dada Pey, the company’s founder, and CEO is in charge.

In a recent webinar hosted by Trust Your Universe, Pey identified himself as being “from Stuttgart, Germany.”

Dada Pey seems to have begun his MLM career with the now-defunct WorldVentures pyramid scheme:

He then started pushing iMarketsLive through his “Global Achievers” downline.

To dissociate itself from a 2018 CFTC commodities fraud punishment, iMarketsLive relaunched in September 2019 as IM Mastery Academy.

By the end of 2019, Pey appears to have left iMarketsLive (he was promoting IM Mastery Academy in December 2019).

Pey said in an Instagram post from January 7th, 2020, “

In the whole German-speaking region, just 24 hours after our Launch, we are ranked with GA in the TOP 15 of the new firm we work with.

Global Achievers is referred to as “GA,” but Pey omits the name of the MLM firm. It seems to be a trading opportunity for AI.

Regardless of the firm, it appears to have failed sometime in 2021. We now arrive at Trust Your Universe in the year 2022.

I think the majority of Trust Your Universe’s launch affiliate network is made up of what’s left of Global Achievers.

Pey has connections to Dubai, as revealed by his Instagram account:

Considering everything, we can affirm that Trust Your Universe has no actual connections to the US or St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Dada Pey, the owner of Trust Your Universe, is based in Dubai, the world’s MLM crime hub.

Dubai’s BehindMLM rules are as follows:

You are being conned if a Dubai resident contacts you about an MLM opportunity.

An MLM business is fraudulent if it claims to be headquartered in Dubai or to have connections there.

Trust the Products of Your Universe

Market access to a currency trading platform is provided by Trust Your Universe.

According to the website’s footer for Trust Your Universe:

To carry out the trading services we provide, we have a contract with Leverate, which is providing all services related to trading, MT5 access, and liquidity provider access.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission oversees Leverate Financial Services Ltd.

Our trading operating system’s software vendor is Upgrader.

Cyprus is another country that encourages scams. Regarding due diligence, it doesn’t matter if a shell business is registered with the Cyprus SEC. Even less so given that SimilarWeb records all Indonesian visitors to the Trust Your Universe website (August 2022).

Leverate and Uptrader’s 10% passive monthly ROI is the Trust Your Universe offer.

White label trading services are provided by unidentified businesses, according to a visit to the websites of Leverate and Upgrader.

It appears that Dada Pey has just contracted out Trust Your Universe’s trading operations to outside companies.

Ability to Trust The trading platform in Your Universe seems to be free.

Believe in the Universe

Affiliates of Trust Your Universe sign up and deposit money with the hope of earning a “5–10%” return each month.

Trust Your Universe charges a fee of 40% of the profits distributed to affiliate investors.

This money is allegedly utilized in part to finance the MLM compensation scheme for Trust Your Universe.

Through a unilevel pay system, Trust Your Universe provides residual commissions.

An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they personally recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):

New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.

Payable team levels for Trust Your Universe are capped at eight.

As a proportion of passive returns given to affiliates in the downline at each of these eight tiers, residual commissions are paid as follows:

Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates): 11.25 percent; Level 2: 7.25 percent; Level 3: 6.25% percent; Level 4: 5% percent; Levels 5 and 6: 3.75% percent; Levels 7 and 8: 2.5 percent

Put Your Trust in the Universe

Dada Pey recognized the true money is in running scams after learning the ropes of securities fraud in iMarketsLive and any automated trading scheme he joined after it.

Trust Your Universe is a typical fraudulent investment scam operating out of Dubai.

A worldwide business called TYU has mastered trading in several marketplaces using semi-automated, AI-powered trading.

Members of Trust Your Universe simply click a button to register:

According to the marketing film for Trust Your Universe, approval is automatic and immediate. In other words, Trust Your Universe’s attempts to distinguish between affiliates and retail clients constitute a form of compliance.

Trust Your Universe offers investment opportunities in dollars by bank transfer and cryptocurrencies via Coinbase.

Trust Your Universe is purchased based on the claimed passive return.

This qualifies as a securities offering, necessitating Trust Your Universe’s registration with the appropriate authorities.

As Trust Your Universe offers no proof that it has registered with any financial authority, the firm is at the very least engaging in securities fraud.

Because Trust Your Universe contracts out their ostensible trading activities, Leverate, Uptrader, Jusan Bank, and all other collaborators are liable for their deception.

By deliberately barring just US citizens, Trust Your Universe admits to their securities scam.

The world’s busiest securities regulator is located in the United States. Any MLM business that engages in generally lawful activities but excludes the US is probably engaging in fraud.

This would be a mix of securities fraud, commodities fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering in the case of Trust Your Universe and its partners.

Believe in the Universe Additionally, excluding US citizens from joining makes their fake New York corporate address much more obvious. It, along with the other shell firms owned by Trust Your Universe, may just be there to get financial and partner merchant services.

Consumers are fooled into thinking Trust Your Universe is reliable by its standard MyFXBook nonsense:

Trades on MyFXBook are simple to spoof. More significantly, social media marketing is not a replacement for producing audited financial reports and becoming registered with financial regulators.

MyFXBook or any such service is not proof that outside funds were utilized to fulfill withdrawal requests.

The ideal situation? Trust Your Universe is just engaging in securities fraud; the bot will ultimately go out of control, resulting in a loss for the vast majority of investors.

Trust Your Universe is, at worst, running like a Ponzi scheme where withdrawals are unaffected by any trade that takes place in the background.

And once again, most investors lose money when recruiting ultimately dwindles and Trust Your Universe folds.
