The Central Bank of Russia has issued a securities fraud notice to Intelligence Prime Capital.
Intelligence Prime Capital displays “evidence of an unauthorized professional player in the securities market,” according to the CBR’s warning from December 24.
In other countries, this would be the equivalent of a securities fraud notice.
IPC Trade and IPCapital are other trading names for Intelligence Prime Capital.
Earlier today, BehindMLM examined Intelligence Prime Capital. We concluded that Intelligence Prime Capital was a conventional MLM trading bot Ponzi scam based on its business plan.
Intelligence Prime Capital is thought to have connections to southeast Asia, however, this is not confirmed.
