Troy Mason has paid the CFTC $943,570 to resolve claims of FX fraud made by Ztegrity.

Mason acknowledges, in a settlement agreement dated August 15th,
to every conclusion drawn in this consent order as well as every charge made in the (CFTC’s) complaint.
On October 7th, Mason’s settlement was submitted to the court.
Mason was charged with FX fraud, failing to register as a commodities pool operator and fraud by a commodity pool operator by the CTC in a lawsuit filed against Ztegrity in June 2021.
Mason claimed to have received over $460,000 from 411 participants on Ztegrity’s website.
Mason agreed to a settlement that required him to pay a $300,000 civil fine as well as $643,570 in restitution. Additionally, Mason has been subject to a permanent injunction.
Ztegrity was promoted by Mason as a “forex savings club.” according to the CFTC;
The Defendants required participants to obtain a “debit card” called a “black card,” which in turn required cardholders to contribute certain amounts to their respective accounts every month. This was done to further mislead current and potential participants into thinking that funds contributed to the Forex Savings Club were as safe as funds contributed to a savings account at a bank.
ZBlackCard was evaluated by BehindMLM in 2018. At the time of publishing, Mason had not yet put the FX scam into action.
However, he has persisted in deceiving customers by using several pyramid schemes.
Mason has now launched Our Gas Club and 25X Club in addition to ZBlackCard and Ztegrity.
Mason is still marketing 25X Club as of October 7th:

Victims are being barred from the official 25XClub Facebook group by Fiona Robinson Moody, who partners with Mason to swindle customers.

The tiny amount of traffic to 25X Club’s website that is tracked by SimilarWeb has decreased in recent months.
The total number of 25X Club victims and their losses are yet unclear pending additional regulatory action.
