Late in 2019, Sincere Systems commenced operations. It was a straightforward token-based Ponzi scam focusing on “sincere tokens.”
Sincere Systems pretended to be a “UK corporation,” but was operated by Russian and/or Ukrainian con artists.
Sincere Systems failed in the middle of 2021. The Ponzi scam was relaunched as “S-Group” in August 2021.
S-Group maintains the UK company disguise by identifying itself as a “British Investment” firm.
It is not difficult to expose S-corporate Group’s deceit:
S-Group gives no information on corporate ownership on its website.
The majority of the fraudsters leading the company’s marketing activities are from Russia and Ukraine.
Russia and Ukraine are the only important sources of traffic to S-website, Groups according to Alexa (57% and 15%, respectively).
This is consistent with the Alexa traffic estimates of Sincere Group, however, it appears that recruiting outside of Russia and Ukraine has mostly ceased.
The Bank of Russia issued a pyramid scheme notice for Sincere Systems and S-Group in August 2021.
Sincere Systems is specifically mentioned. The website domain of S-Group is included in the list of infringing URLs.
If an MLM firm is not transparent about who runs or controls it, you should always think twice before joining and/or contributing money.

S-Group offers no items or services for retail sale.
Affiliates are only permitted to promote S-Group affiliate membership.
Plan for Group Compensation
Affiliates of S-Group invest in s-token (SNT) with the guarantee of a monthly return %.
Invest between $100 and $499 in SNT and gain 50% of its monthly ROI.
Invest between $500 and $1,499 in SNT and earn 60% of its monthly ROI
Invest between $1500 and $4999 in SNT and earn 65% of its monthly ROI.
Invest $5000 to $9999 in SNT and earn 70% of the produced monthly ROI

Withdrawal Penalties S-Group penalizes affiliates who remove their investment amount during the first year.
Withdraw between four and six months and incur a 30% withdrawal charge.

S-Group pays residual commissions using a unilevel compensation system.
A unilevel pay system positions an affiliate at the apex of a unilevel team, with each individually recruited affiliate positioned directly behind them (level 1):

S-Group Bottom Line
The S-Group Ponzi scam is an expansion of the original Sincere Systems Ponzi fraud.
The SNT coin has been developed and incorporated into the 15.5% per month investment plan of Sincere Systems.
Staking has been added, giving an extra monthly return for investors who do not wish to commit cash for a minimum of four months.
Securities fraud is a problem. S-Group is not registered in any country to offer securities.
This would necessitate that S-Group furnishes audited financial statements, which they cannot do because S-Group is a Ponzi scam.
Even ignoring the obvious and accepting S-ROI Group’s assertions at face value, the statistics do not makeup.
S-Group celebrated two years of operation in Dubai, the MLM fraud capital of the world, on December 4.
If we assume a monthly average return of 15.5% and compound it for 24 months;
$1000 daily compounded yields $36,275 (502% yearly)
Monthly compounding of $1000 yields $27,625 (435 percent yearly).
$50,000 compounded monthly becomes $1,750,000 (502% per year)
$50,000 compounded monthly becomes $1,300,000 (435 percent yearly)
Anyone with a trading bot capable of generating an average monthly profit of 15.5% would be operating it privately.
Obtaining access to such a bot for as little as $100 in Ukrainian Ponzi tokens is quite unlikely.
S-Group is a pyramid scheme since fresh investors are required to keep the fraud running.
Without additional investment from new investors, S-Group would fail (again).
As with other MLM Ponzi schemes, it is statistically certain that the majority of members will lose money.
