TRVL works in the MLM sector of inexpensive travel booking.
The firm works under the name TRVL Ventures International and is headquartered in Georgia, United States.
Spencer Iverson (CEO), Mark Sterling (COO), and Jonathan Green are co-owners of TRVL (CLO).
Spencer Iverson was initially identified by BehindMLM in 2017 as the founder and CEO of Nspire Network.
Nspire Network advertised period pads with negative ions.
By the end of 2018, Nspire Network has failed. The business was ultimately sold to Wakaya Perfection (now Xfinity Global).
Iverson attempted period pads again in early 2020. Jewel Sanitary Napkins sold a variety of insert pads containing graphene.
Jewel Hygiene Napkins is still in operation (although with a defunct website), whilst Iverson appears to have parted ways.
BehindMLM encountered Iverson again in September 2020. Iverson had grown tired of menstrual tampons and was now promoting forex training as president of Epic Trading.
BackMLM identified Epic Trading as a $99.99 per month pyramid scam. Epic Trading initially concentrated on forex but has recently moved into cryptocurrency.
As of December 2021, the website for Epic Trading is still accessible and Spencer Iverson is still listed as the company’s president.
Mark Sterling is listed as Vice President of Sales on the website of Epic Trading. Jonathan Green is the global master distributor for Epic Trading.
Either Epic Trading corporate has recently departed, or TRVL is being conducted in parallel.
The existence of any official integration between Epic Trading and TRVL has not been made public.
13th December 2021 Update – Mark Sterling has communicated the following:
None of the proprietors, including me, Jonathan Green, and Spencer Iverson, are currently affiliated with Epic.
Our separation was amicable, and we wish Epic, its management, and all of its customer’s great success.
It is unknown why Sterling, Green, and Iverson continue to be listed as active executives on Epic Trading’s website. /end update

Products Produced by TRVL
TRVL promotes a retail membership at $49 per month.
In North America, Australia, Europe, Japan, and China, members are referred to as Daydreamers.
Outside of these nations, memberships are marketed under the name Globetrotter.
Daydreamer and Globetrotter memberships both allow access to a travel booking engine with discounted rates.
Thus, any differences between Daydreamer and Globetrotter, if they exist, are not mentioned.
Affiliates of the TRVL who pay between $499 and $129 for membership get access to extra travel-related services.
Each of TRVL’s three levels of affiliate membership offers access to the cheap travel booking engine.
Weekender – $179 plus $79 per month
Explorer – $299 plus $99 per month
JetSetter – $499 plus $129 per month
The Compensation Plan of TRVL
Affiliates of TRVL receive a $10 compensation for each retail DayDreamer/GlobeTrotter subscription sold.
The MLM aspect of TRVL is remunerated through the recruitment of affiliates and their continued monthly fee payment.
TRVL Affiliate Positions
In TRVL’s compensation structure, there are thirteen affiliate levels.
In addition to their specific eligibility requirements, they are as follows:
Ambassador 1 – Recruit three affiliates
Ambassador 2 – recruit six affiliates
Ambassador 3 – recruit nine affiliates
Sapphire – not shown
Ruby – produce and manage 15,000 GV every month
Emerald – Produce and Maintain 25,000 GV Monthly
Monthly generation and maintenance of 75,000 GV.
Blue Diamond – Produce and Maintain 200,000 GV Monthly
Black Diamond – Produce and Maintain 500,000 GV Monthly
Create and maintain 500,000 GV every month.
Blue Crown Diamond – Generate and Maintain 2.5 Million GV Monthly
Black Monthly generation and maintenance of 5,000,000 GV.
GV is an acronym for “Group Volume.” Group Volume represents the volume of revenues generated by the selling of TRVL memberships:
25 GV are generated on the sale of a Globetrotter or Daydreamer retail membership.
50 GV are generated through the sale of a Weekender affiliate membership.
75 GV are generated on the sale of an Explorer affiliate membership
100 GV are generated with the sale of a Jetsetter affiliate membership.
Note that a maximum of 33.3% of the needed GV may come from a single unilevel team leg.
The public pay plan of TRVL also includes references to “extra rank criteria.” These are kept confidential.
Referral Compensation
Affiliates of TRVL receive a $10 compensation for each DayDreamer or GlobeTrotter subscription sold to retail consumers.
Recruitment Commissions
Affiliates of TRVL can earn up to $150 for every associate they recruit.

Recruit a member of the Explorers and receive $100
Recruit a Jetsetter affiliate to earn $150 in recurring commissions (signup fees)
Recruitment of a Weekender, Explorer, or Jetsetter affiliate yields commensurate residual recruitment commissions of $30, $40, and $50.
TRVL pays residual recruitment commissions using a unilevel compensation system.
A unilevel pay system positions an affiliate at the apex of a unilevel team, with each individually recruited affiliate positioned directly behind them (level 1):
Recruited level 1 affiliates are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates join new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down an unlimited number of theoretical levels.
When a TRVL Weekender, Explorer, or Jetsetter is recruited, the upline gets compensated $30, $40, or $50 based on their rank.

Higher-tier TRVL affiliates receive underpaid residual recruiting commissions from lower-tier affiliates.
A TRVL affiliate, for instance, employs a new Jetsetter. The system looks upline to begin paying out the $50 recruiting commission.
The first affiliate on the upline is Blue Diamond. They collect $33 ($6 plus $6 plus $7 plus $7 plus $7).
This leaves $17 to be expended. The algorithm looks upline for an affiliate with a Black Diamond or higher status.
This continues until the entire $50 has been distributed.
Note that whenever an upline Black Crown Diamond is discovered, the remaining residual recruitment commission is awarded.
Commissions for the Recruitment of Vacant Positions (ongoing monthly affiliate fees)
Affiliates are charged a recurring monthly fee by TRVL.
This charge is used by the corporation to pay residual recruitment commissions.
The continuous residual monthly fee commissions of TRVL are paid using a 3×9 matrix.
A 39 matrix places an affiliate at the top, followed by three spots directly behind them:
These three locations comprise the matrix’s initial level.
The second level of the matrix is formed by dividing each of the initial three positions into three additional positions (9 positions).
Similarly, levels three through nine of the matrix are constructed, with each successive level containing three times as many locations as its predecessor.
TRVL associates are recruited directly and indirectly for positions in the matrix.
Commissions on residual monthly fee recruiting are paid according to which membership tier affiliates attracted into the matrix joined up with:
Each Weekender affiliate contributes $4 per month, each Explorer affiliate contributes $6 per month, and each Jetsetter affiliate contributes $8 per month.
Monthly Reward
TRVL pays a Monthly Bonus depending on affiliate rank to Ruby and higher-level affiliates.

Travel Agency Commissions
When a TRVL affiliate brings six or more clients to the company’s “travel associate partner,” the affiliate will get 20% of the commission paid to TRVL for that booking.
The pool of Quarterly Bonuses
TRVL allocates an unknown proportion of total business income to the Quarterly Bonus Pool.
The Quarterly Bonus Pool is a pool based on the rank that is distributed quarterly.
Each ambassador receives 25% of the secret proportion. Quarterly Bonus Pool Sapphires receive a 15% share of the unknown proportion. Quarterly Bonus Pool Rubys earn a 15% share of the unspecified proportion. Quarterly Bonus Pool Emeralds receive a 15% share of the unknown proportion. TRVL affiliate memberships range in price from $179 to $499:
Weekender – $179 plus $79 per month
Explorer – $299 plus $99 per month
JetSetter – $499 plus $129 per month
The more a TRVL affiliate invests in membership, the greater their prospective earnings.
TRVL Concluding Remarks
I believe the travel discounts MLM area is saturated. The demise of the largest business in the sector, WorldVentures, was reinforced this last year.
TRVL is the same as before. A third-party-operated cheap travel booking engine coupled with an MLM compensation structure.
The fact that TRVL’s compensation plan is largely focused on recruiting lends credence to the notion that TRVL is a pyramid scam.
While TRVL has a DayDreamer/GlobeTrotter retail membership, it is evident that this is not the company’s primary priority.
Beginning with a meager $10 commission on the sale of a retail TRVL membership. Compare this to up to $150 in recruitment costs, plus ongoing recruitment charges.
The remuneration plan for TRVL includes no mention of residual retail commissions.
TRVL may pay residual retail membership commissions, but they are not specified, as retail is not the subject of this report.
The lack of retail volume qualifications for rank progression further demonstrates TRVL’s lack of retail concentration.
Higher TRVL rankings require more monthly volume (GV). The affiliate membership volume of TRVL dwarfs the retail membership volume (25 GV retail vs. 50 to 100 GV on recruitment), indicating that recruitment is the fastest route to improve in rank.
As for travel commissions, whether retail or otherwise, TRVL exclusively pays commissions on group trip bookings of six or more.
This is not an insurmountable obstacle, but it does imply that the bulk of scheduled trips is not commissionable. True, although only TRVL will receive commissions.
Ask your possible upline’s percentage of personal monthly volume from DayDreamer/GlobeTrotter subscriptions if you wish to determine if they are engaging in a pyramid scam. Determine what proportion of their total monthly PV represents retail volume.
If it is less than 51%, the affiliate is operating a pyramid scam with their TRVL company.
Given that retail is not a focus for TRVL for the reasons outlined above, I would be shocked if the company-wide retail membership volume is anywhere near 51%.
The mathematics of pyramid schemes ensures that the majority of participants will lose money when they fail.
Update, June 10, 2022 – That didn’t last very long.
According to the banner shown on TRVL’s website, they have been acquired by DreamTrips International.
DreamTrips International is the successor to WorldVentures, which was acquired by the shadowy Verona International Holdings following its bankruptcy.
SimilarWeb’s data reveals that website traffic for TRVL peaked in March before declining in April.
There was some rebound in May, but I do not believe it was sufficient to make the firm profitable.
