Beware of Baccarat Staking- Review Part 3

Baccarat Staking is a gaming MLM company.

Michael Sander, who goes by “Michi Sander” for whatever reason, is the company’s CEO.

Sander, who is thought to be a German national, claims to be based in Las Vegas, Nevada on social media.

This conforms to the claim made by Baccarat Staking that it is “organized in Las Vegas, United States.”

Michael Sander used to run the pro-scam newspaper Obtainer Online.

Sander was discovered by BehindMLM after Obtainer Online wrote a puff story about ViziNova scammer Renato Rodriguez.

BehindMLM has been actively tracking Rodriguez’s participation in WCM777 before to the debut of Vizinova in 2014.

Vizinova and WCM777 were both MLM Ponzi scams.

Sander transitioned from only supporting frauds in Obtainer Online to aiding Rodriguez in the launch of Vizinova.

Sander (right) accepted the position of “Chief Consultant” at Vizinova.

ViziNova has hired Michael Sander, the founder of OBTAINER, as principal consultant to build the corporate structure and set-ups.

Sander characterized Vizinova in April 2014 as

a company strategy that is consistent, clear, and lucrative

ViziNova is not a Ponzi scam or a pyramid scheme since Renato Rodriguez and Gutemberg dos Santos demonstrate transparency from the start.

Sander removed himself from the Ponzi scam as Vizinova began to fail in early 2015.

The SEC said in March 2017 that it had accused Renato Rodriguez and Gutemberg Dos Santos with fraud, stating Vizinova was a $5 million dollar Ponzi scheme.

The SEC’s accusations against Rodriguez and Gutemberg were resolved.

They continued to swindle customers through AirBit Club, resulting in their arrests and indictments last year.

Bonofa was another Ponzi scheme Sander promoted through Obtainer Online.

In May 2016, the owners of Bonofa were detained in Germany. What remained of the Ponzi scam was fed into OneCoin a month later.

Sander was advertising B-Epic before to the debut of Baccarat Staking in early 2021.

The “staking agreement” of Baccarat Staking is another intriguing link.

When potential affiliates join up, they are provided with the agreement and asked to agree to it.

The staking agreement, as mentioned previously, exposes two new identities: Fu Leung Antonio Yu and The Baccarat Stacking [sic] Group Inc. Both are said to be based in Macau.

The agreement was drafted by “Baccarat Service,” which operated from the now-defunct internet domain “”

A Google search for “Fu Leung Antonio Yu” yields several baccarat-themed websites, including “” and “” Sander’s Baccarat Staking Scheme appears to be tied to these.

Yu is listed as the General Manager of Baccarat Staking on the “” website:

Yu, who was then described as a Hong Kong resident, was linked to the Winsome Investment Trust Ponzi scam in 2011.

Winsome Investment Trust was a $72 million dollar Ponzi fraud perpetrated by Robert J. Andres, a Texas native.

Yu is mentioned on page 17 of a Status Report made by a court-appointed Receiver in 2011.

On June 14, 2007, Andres was designated as the “personal financial and investment trustee” for Fu Leung Antonio Yu, who purportedly lived in Hong Kong.

Yu signed a “Trust Declaration,” handing over management of $10,000,000,000.00 of Yu’s finances to Andres.

A copy of the declaration is supplied as exhibit 2 lower down in the file (notice that Yu wrongly names himself in the document as “Antionio”).

Yu was never held responsible for aiding Andres, to the best of my knowledge.

In 2016, Andres was sentenced to 56 months in jail.

Commissions for Recommendation
Baccarat Staking affiliates get a 20% daily ROI match on affiliates individually recruited.

Referral commissions are calculated as the difference between 40% (VIP) and lower tier affiliate commissions.

For example, if a VIP affiliate recruits a Rookie, the whole 20% difference in daily ROI payments is paid to them as a referral commission.

If a Pro affiliate recruited a Beginner, they would get 5% of the commission, and so on.

There is a residual component to referral commissions, with 40% paid out on each affiliate’s daily returns.

When the complete 40% referral payment to be given out remains unpaid, residual commissions are paid.

This happens when a Baccarat Staking affiliate who is not a VIP hires a new affiliate.

After paying the recruiting affiliate the relevant referral commission rate, the system looks upline for a higher rated affiliate.

They are paid their residual commission after they have been discovered. This method is repeated until a VIP-ranked affiliate is discovered.

E.g. A Rookie is recruited by a Pro affiliate. The Pro affiliate earns a referral commission of 10% (30% – 20%).

This leaves 10% to be distributed, either entirely to VIP affiliates or 5% to Advanced affiliates and 5% to VIP affiliates.

The algorithm looks up until it finds an Advanced or VIP associate.

If a VIP affiliate is discovered first, they will receive the additional 10%.

If an Advanced affiliate is discovered first, they will get a 5% commission. The algorithm then looks farther upstream for someone to pay the remaining 5% to.

Recurring Commissions
Baccarat Staking gets 20% of the daily income of the corporation and utilizes it to pay residual commissions.

A single-level compensation scheme is used to pay residual commissions.

In a unilevel compensation system, an affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team, with every individually recruited affiliate placed right under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates acquire new affiliates, they are assigned to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on for an unlimited number of levels.

Residual commissions are provided as a 20% portion of daily gains on money invested throughout the unilevel team’s six levels.

Affiliates must meet the following requirements for each of the six potential unilevel team levels:

level 1 (30% of daily ROI achieved by personally recruited affiliates) – Join Baccarat Staking as an affiliate and invest at least $500 level 2 (10% of 20%). – keep a $500 investment and attract four affiliates who have also invested $500 or more in level 3 (10% of 20%) – spend $5,000 and acquire eight affiliates who have also invested $500 or more at the level 4 (10% of 20%) – Maintain a $5000 investment and recruit twelve affiliates who have also invested $500 or more at the level 5 (20% of 20%). – Invest $20,000 and recruit sixteen affiliates who have also invested $500 or more at the level 6 (20% of 20%). – Maintain a $20,000 investment and find twenty affiliates who have invested $500 or more.

Baccarat Staking Summary
Michael Sander’s most recent ploy saw him reinventing himself as a baccarat prodigy.

Michi Sander is also one of the most successful baccarat strategy creators in Las Vegas and Macau.

Every day, you may learn how simple it is to make money with Baccarat.

Sander refocused his efforts on Baccarat Staking when the “Baccarat Academy” failed.

Baccarat Staking is a new business sector invented by MICHI SANDER.

He plays with the deposited money (Bitcoins) rather than the supporters (investors), and the gains are shared 50/50 every day.

The supporters receive 50% of the Baccarat profits, as does Michi Sander.

In a word, you invest bitcoin, which is converted into worthless MICHI tokens, and Sander operates a daily return Ponzi scheme through these.

MICHI is a token worth BEP-20. These are manufactured for little to no cost on a binance chain.

The MLM component of Baccarat Staking functions as a pyramid scheme because nothing is offered or sold to retail customers.

In a moment, we’ll return to the topic of Baccarat Staking being a Ponzi scam. For the time being, let’s accept Sander at his word and evaluate his business plan.

Backer will donate a minimum of $500 USD to the player to be used for cash games at the chosen [sic] casino.

The Stake will be used by the player to play Baccarat with no side bets.

All deposits are done solely with the BEP20-Token $MICHI.

Backers, also known as affiliate investors, invest $500 or more with Baccarat Staking, which claims to produce a passive return through baccarat play.

To form an investment contract in accordance with the Howey Test, we must first determine

A financial investment in a shared venture with the hope of benefit from the labor of others.

monetary investment = affiliates depositing $500 or more with Baccarat Staking common enterprise = Baccarat Staking profit expectation = “the supporters get 50% and Michi Sander gets 50% from the Baccarat earnings” (from Baccarat Staking’s own website)
earned from others’ efforts = “(Sanders) plays with the deposited money (Bitcoins) instead of the backers (investors), and we divide the gains 50/50% every day” (from Baccarat Staking’s own website).
It’s quite obvious. Sanders, on the other hand, operates Baccarat Staking under the guise of pseudo-compliance:

Baccarat staking, also known as staking, is when a baccarat investor puts up USD on behalf of baccarat players in exchange for a percentage of the earnings.

The supporter is the individual who raises the funds.

The player is the supported baccarat player.

Staking is, by definition, an entertainment buy rather than an investment.

Calling an investment contract a “staking” or a “entertainment purchase” does not make it any less of an investment contract under securities legislation.

Sander’s Baccarat Staking securities offering is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is subject to SEC oversight.

Michael Sander, Fu Leung Antonio Yu, and Baccarat Staking were not registered with the SEC at the time of publication.

This suggests that Sander, Yu, and Baccarat Staking are committing securities fraud at the very least.

Given Sander and Yu’s previous involvement in Ponzi schemes, plus the lack of verifiable evidence of Sanders creating baccarat victories to pay daily returns, Baccarat Staking is also a Ponzi fraud.

Other than additional investment, there is no provable source of revenue in Baccarat Staking.

As with many MLM Ponzi schemes, if affiliate recruitment stops, fresh investment will decline as well.

This will deprive Baccarat Staking of ROI money, eventually leading to its demise.

Ponzi schemes’ logic ensures that when they fail, the vast majority of participants lose money.

Baccarat Staking has failed as of March 6, 2022.
