Beware of Karatbars International- Review Part 2

BaFin has finished its order to Karatbars International to stop doing what it’s doing and stop doing it.

In late 2019, Germany’s top financial regulator, BaFin, told Karatbars to stop doing what it was doing.

The order was finalized on April 12, when BaFin told Karatbars, which was doing business as a Belize shell company called Karatbit Foundation,

to stop and close down the electronic money business Karatbit is running in Germany without the right license by giving out “KaratGoldCoins.”

Harald Seiz owns and runs Karatbars International and the companies that work with it.

After a public meltdown at the end of 2020, Seiz spent the first half of 2021 trying to fix his social media reputation.

In June 2021, Seiz announced a new Karatbars International game based on a shitcoin called “Lifebase.”

Later, Seiz took down the post. As far as I know, neither Lifebase nor the reboot happened.

Late in 2021, BehindMLM heard that people were trying again to bring Karatabars back to life.

So far, nothing has come out of that conversation either.
