Beware of CashWorth – Review

On its website, CashWorth doesn’t say who owns or runs the company.

The website domain for CashWorth, “cashworth.co,” was registered privately on July 25, 2022.

The official CashWorth page on Facebook was made on October 1, 2022. It looks like this happened around the time CashWorth started.

Raja Riaz, who is a Master Distributor and “Coach,” is a name that can be linked to CashWorth.

Riaz helped spread the word about the Ponzi schemes B4U Global, SR Group, and Secure Reannex.

B4U Global was a Ponzi scheme that promised up to 20% monthly returns.

B4U Global was started in 2020, but it seems to have failed around the middle of 2021.

CEO Saifur Rehman Khan was in charge of B4U Global (right).

After B4U Global failed, the Pakistani government arrested Khan.

At first, it was thought that B4U Global’s victims had lost about $46.7 million USD.

Khan was in jail in March 2022, and a bail hearing was still to come. Pakistani officials can’t agree on who should be in charge of the case.

SR Group seems to be a new start for B4U Global that won’t last long. The letters “SRG” meant “Saif ur Rehman Group.”

Secure Reannex looks like a clumsy way to keep the “SRG” initials as a brand.

Around the middle of 2022, people who had been hurt by both B4U and SR Group were being sent to Secure Reannex.

Secure Reannex promised a return on investment of 350% to 700% over 3 to 5 years.

When people today try to go to Secure Reannex’s website, they find that the Ponzi scheme has failed.

CashWorth looks like a new version of the same Ponzi scheme, at least from the outside.

The fact that CashWorth’s official Facebook page is run from Pakistan is also proof of this:

CashWorth lies and says it’s “an investment company based in the US” to hide where the scam is being run from.

CashWorth has ties to Dubai as well as to Pakistan:

After Secure Reannex failed, it looks like Riaz Ahmed and likely other promoters ran away to Dubai.

Dubai is the world’s MLM crime capital. The rules for Dubai from BehindMLM are:

If someone from Dubai tells you about an MLM opportunity, they are trying to take advantage of you.
It’s a scam if an MLM company is based in or says it has ties to Dubai.
Read on for a full review if you want to know how this applies to CashWorth.

CashWorth’s MLM part pays people who bring in affiliate investors.

Recruitment Commissions
CashWorth gives $5 for every affiliate they bring on board.

Since becoming a CashWorth affiliate is free, I think this is credit that needs to be spent.

Commissions for referrals
A unilevel compensation structure is how CashWorth pays commissions for referrals.

With a unilevel compensation structure, an affiliate is at the top of a unilevel team, and every other affiliate they personally recruit is right under them (level 1):

If an affiliate on level 1 brings in new affiliates, those new affiliates join the original affiliate’s unilevel team on level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring in new affiliates, they move to level 3, and so on until there are no more levels to go down.

Referral commissions are capped at seven unilevel team levels in CashWorth.

How much a CashWorth affiliate has put into the business determines the rate of referral commissions and how many levels they can be earned on:

  • Affiliates in the Earth tier make 7% on level 1 (affiliates they personally recruited), 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3, 1% on level 4, and 0.5% on level 5.
  • Affiliates in the Saturn tier earn 9% on level one, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, and 1% on levels four through six.
  • Affiliates in the Neptune tier earn 11% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on level 5, and 1% on levels 6 and 7.
  • Affiliates in the Jupiter tier earn 13% on level one, 7% on level two, 5% on level three, 3% on level four, 2% on level five, and 1% on levels six and seven.
  • Affiliates in the Mars tier earn 15% on level 1, 9% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 5% on level 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on level 6, and 1% on level 7.
  • Affiliates in the Mercury tier earn 17% on level 1, 11% on level 2, 9% on level 3, 7% on level 4, 5% on level 5, 3% on level 6, and 2% on level 7.
  • Affiliates in the Venus tier earn 20% on level 1, 13% on level 2, 11% on level 3, 9% on level 4, 7% on level 5, 5% on level 6, and 3% on level 7.
  • Referral Bonus: If a CashWorth affiliate personally brings in 1000 affiliates and at least 500 of them are actively investing, the affiliate gets a 2% bonus on the funds they have invested.

Match ROI
CashWorth matches the returns that affiliate investors get each month.

The ROI Match is paid the same way referral commissions for a single-level team are paid (see “Referral Commissions” above):

  • Affiliates in the Earth tier get a 3% match on the first level, 2% on the second level, 1% on the third level, and 0.5% on levels 4 and 5.
  • Affiliates in the Saturn tier get a 5% match on level one, 4% on level two, 3% on level three, and 1% on levels four through six.
  • Affiliates in the Neptune tier get a 7% match on level one, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, and 1% on levels four through seven.
  • Affiliates in the Jupiter tier get a 9% match on level one, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, and 1% on levels four through seven.
  • Affiliates in the Mars tier get an 11% match on level 1, 9% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on level 5, and 1% on levels 6 and 7.
  • Mercury tier affiliates get a 13% match on level 1, 11% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 5% on level 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on level 6, and 1% on level 7.
  • Affiliates in the Venus tier get a 15% match on level 1, 11% match on level 2, 9% match on level 3, 7% match on level 4, 5% match on level 5, 3% match on level 6, and 2% match on level 7.
  • CashWorth affiliate membership is free and easy to join.

To fully take part in the attached income opportunity, you must invest at least $50.

CashWorth tries to get people to invest in bitcoin, ethereum, and tether.

The end of CashWorth
CashWorth says that it makes money from outside sources through NFTs.

Cash worth puts money into NFTs. We’re working on projects for NFT. We make money by putting 60% of our money into NFT projects. 90% of our profit goes to our investors.

Even though the NFT market has crashed, CashWorth doesn’t show any evidence that it invests in NFTs.

Also, CashWorth’s business model fails the logic test for a Ponzi scheme.

CashWorth says that its monthly ROI is 15%. If they can already make this much money by investing in NFTs, why do they need your money?

At the moment, the only source of investment that can be checked into CashWorth is new investment. CashWorth is a Ponzi scheme because it uses new money to pay back affiliates every month.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, new money will stop coming in once affiliate recruitment stops.

This will stop CashWorth from getting money from ROI, which will eventually cause it to fail.

The math behind Ponzi schemes makes it clear that most people will lose money when they fail.

As an extra warning, CashWorth seems to be the fourth relaunch of a Ponzi scheme that has already failed three times.

This means that there’s a good chance SecureAnnex victims are already in CashWorth (most of which will be victims from the two earlier Ponzis).

Secure Reannex, which was a third try at a Ponzi scheme, only worked for a few months. CashWorth will be the same or even worse.
